Refund Policy


At Picture to Text, we value our users and aim to provide the best experience possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our premium services, you may request a refund according to the following policy:

1. How to Request a Refund

You can easily request a refund from your account dashboard:

  1. Go to Subscriptions > Billing Details.

  2. Locate your active plan and click the Request Refund button.

  3. A confirmation popup will appear asking for the reason for cancellation.

  4. Select a reason (Not using the service anymore, Dissatisfied with features, or Other reason).

  5. Click Refund to submit your request.


2. Refund Review & Processing

  • Once submitted, your refund request will automatically be sent to our support team.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but it usually takes 5–10 business days.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You have purchased a premium plan and request cancellation within the valid billing period.

  • You have not excessively used the service beyond the fair usage policy.

  • The request is made in good faith and is not an attempt to misuse our system.

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • You have already used a significant portion of your subscription queries/credits.

  • The subscription term has already ended.

  • The request falls outside of our eligible refund window.

4. Cancellation of Subscription

  • When a refund is approved, your subscription will be cancelled immediately, and you will lose access to premium features.

  • If you wish to continue using the tool after cancellation, you may re-subscribe at any time.
